This online portal for lifelong learning is created as part of the collaborative project "Towards a Lifelong Learning Agenda in Southeast Asian Countries" by UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning and SEAMEO Regional Centre for Lifelong Learning. The portal serves as a hub for the region information exchanges and lifelong learning best practices dissemination and provide links to other portals in the field.
